Culture and Careers

THE STRENGTH IS IN THE TEAM

Culture

Creating a family-friendly, veteran-owned and successful environment goes way beyond logistics – the distribution and manufacturing of a business. It’s about more than just the daily production line and quality customer service. It’s about establishing a culture that makes our clients satisfied and our employees proud to work here.

And at Corflex Global, our people (both staff and clients) are at the center of our practice. Over the years, we’ve worked on building a culture that encourages innovation and delivers quality products and services to our valued patients and providers.

We take an active role in our team’s growth and development with opportunities for mentorship, on-the-job training and career advancement. Job satisfaction and employee enrichment are essential to us, and we make it a priority to support all people’s individual and personal passions.

DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT - HEAR FROM OUR EMPLOYEES!

I think the people are the most valuable asset in the organization. The results you get from a motivated team is unlimited.

Miguelina Reyes, SVP, Operations & Administration

Since 2013, I’ve been working at Corflex Caribe as a VP of Operations & Administration in the Dominican Republic. My favorite thing about my job is to have the opportunity to work with people to reach the company goal. I get a lot of satisfaction from watching their growth process from start to finish and seeing results.

Working with great talents has inspired me to be a better person no matter what my role is within the company.

Bill Dugay, VP, Technology and Business Strategy

I started working at Corflex in 1994 as a Cutting Assistant. Since then, I’ve changed positions, learning new roles and improving my skill set along the way. I found management within the organization really wanted to see people advance (and still do)! As I continued building my knowledge and expertise, I held the titles of General Manager, VP of Operations and currently as the VP of Technology and Business Strategy.

I’ve been fortunate to see many people grow within the organization. Seeing others grow was a catalyst for me to do the same.

Cheyenne Lee, Supervisor, Sales Operations

I started as a part-time employee in 2012 working in product fulfillment. Within a year I was working full-time and in 2017 I applied for a position in Sales Operations. I worked as a Sales Operations Associate for three years and in 2020 was promoted to Sales Operations Supervisor. In Sales Operations you never truly know what your day is going to look like, which keeps things interesting.
