Warranty
Corflex offers a limited lifetime warranty on the products it manufactures. Products manufactured by Corflex are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and material for the life of the product. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear, or if the product has been subjected to misuse or misapplication the warranty will be voided at the discretion of Corflex.
Furthermore, Corflex offers no other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of purpose. Custom products and products with custom logos are returnable for manufacturing and material defects, not due to overstock reasons.
The following exceptions apply:
Rigid Bracing
- Rival, Stride and Motion Products
- Frame 1 year
- Hinge 1 year
- Soft goods 6 months
Medic-Air
Corflex offers a one-year replacement warranty to the original purchaser if the product fails to hold air because of a manufacturing defect. Note: valve portion of the product must be returned to Corflex with a copy of the dated receipt.
Medi USA
Medi products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase.
Band It & Kneed It
Band-It and Kneed-It products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase.
Returns
Before returning or exchanging any product, please contact our Customer Excellence team for a Return Authorization Number. They will assist you with product specific return policies. Non-warranty returns will be accepted within 90 days from date of purchase and will be subject to the following restocking fees: 1-45 days 15% fee; 46-90 days 25% fee; after 90 days products are non returnable for credit or exchange. Custom products and products with custom logos may not be returned for credit or exchange except for failure in workmanship or materials.
