Spine
ReAlign Spinal Orthoses — LSO, LSO Plus & LSO Plus 639/651
The ReAlign family of back braces stabilizes and decompresses the spine for patients recovering from surgery or injury. This video covers fitting for all three models: the LSO (35-3440), LSO Plus (35-3450), and LSO Plus 639/651 (35-3460). Rigid panels limit flexion and extension; proprietary Power-Pull Closures™ allow independent patient application.
ReAlign LSO Plus 639/651 (35-3460)
A dedicated fitting guide for the newest addition to the ReAlign family. The LSO Plus 639/651 adds an anterior panel for enhanced spinal support, making it the most supportive model in the ReAlign line. Covers application, panel adjustment, and the step-down design that extends brace life from acute to maintenance use.
Lace Align Spinal Orthosis TLSO (35-3300)
The Lace Align TLSO stabilizes the thoracolumbar spine and features EnduraCool™ fabric for temperature regulation and all-day comfort. Designed for patients recovering from surgery or injury, it incorporates Power-Pull Closures™ for easy self-application and a removable posterior panel for step-down support as recovery progresses.

Contender® Post-Op Knee Brace (75-7500)
At just 27 oz., the Contender is one of the lightest post-op knee braces on the market. This video covers fitting and adjustment of the ZipTrak™ telescoping system, X-Flex™ cuff positioning, and the six-position drop lock ROM hinge. Indicated for ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL surgeries, meniscal repairs, and total knee replacements.
6″ Knee-O-Trakker™ with Hinge (88-7246)
A hinged knee sleeve designed for mild to moderate ligament instability and patella tracking conditions. This video covers proper sizing, hinge alignment, and strap placement to ensure optimal support and minimize migration during wear.
Cryo Pneumatic Knee Orthosis with ROM Hinge (72-7371)
Combines pneumatic compression and cold therapy in a single post-op knee device. This video covers how to apply the brace, set the ROM hinge, and properly position the cryo gel pack for effective cold therapy. Designed for use following knee surgery or acute knee injury.

Ranger™ II Shoulder Abduction Pillow + Sling (23-2160)
The Ranger II ER Shoulder Abduction Pillow positions the arm in 15° of abduction with external rotation control — commonly required following rotator cuff repairs, Bankart repairs, and shoulder reconstructions. This video covers waistband fitting, comfort harness adjustment, and sling positioning for proper post-surgical support.
Ranger™ AP Shoulder Abduction Brace (23-2660)
The Ranger AP provides adjustable shoulder abduction from 10° to 45° with rotational control, meeting individual patient needs and post-surgical protocols. This video covers waistband fitting, abduction angle adjustment, and sling application. Indicated for Bankart and SLAP repairs, rotator cuff repairs, and shoulder arthroscopy.
Cryo Pneumatic Shoulder Wrap (72-7181)
Delivers targeted cold therapy and compression to the shoulder for post-surgical or acute injury recovery. This video covers proper placement of the wrap, gel pack insertion, and inflation for optimal cryo-compression therapy. Can be used independently or alongside a shoulder immobilizer.
Elbow
Contender™ Post-Op Elbow Brace (75-7400)
The lightest post-op elbow brace available at just 17 oz. Features a ZipTrak™ adjustment system, QuikZip™ buckles for one-handed application, and a removable biceps cuff — the only post-op elbow brace with this feature — to avoid incision site irritation.
