We have exciting news to share. Corflex Global has been acquired by Thuasne Group,
a global leader in orthopedic medical devices founded in 1847 and operating in more
than 110 countries. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Corflex and
for the customers, partners, and healthcare professionals we’ve served for over
40 years.

Continuity You Can Count On
Corflex Global will continue to operate under its current brand name. Our
Manchester, NH and Dominican Republic locations remain open. Our leadership
team, including CEO Shelly Barnett, stays in place. For our customers and
partners, day-to-day operations remain unchanged.
What does change: our reach. As part of Thuasne Group, we gain access to global
resources, expanded R&D capabilities, and a network that spans Europe, the United
States, Asia, and the Pacific. That means a stronger Corflex, better positioned to
develop new products, support our partners, and improve patient outcomes for
decades to come.
A Word from the Lorenzetti Family
Corflex was founded in 1984 by the Lorenzetti family, and this transition carries the weight of that history.
“Our father, Ted Lorenzetti Sr, was the leader and true parent of Corflex. He led by example and taught us many valuable lessons that shaped who we became. A company is only as good as the team members that are part of it. Make decisions in the best interests of customers and team members, and everything else will take care of itself. Build a company that is designed for life.” – Ted Lorenzetti, Co-Founder, VP of Business Development
Looking Ahead
“This partnership represents a significant milestone for Corflex Global and opens up new avenues for growth and innovation as part of The Thuasne Group. We are grateful for the support of our customers, employees, and partners throughout this journey and look forward to continuing our legacy of excellence with a positive impact.” – Shelly Barnett, CEO, Corflex Global
